After 20 years in the U.S. military, proprietor Peter Simmons decided to take his small catering business to a commercial kitchen. Subsequently, after searching for a kitchen, he came across a quaint, bistro-styled restaurant looking for an owner. With a new menu, fresh ideas, and full-staff, Evan's Cafe and Erica's Catering, named after his two children, was opened for business one year later.

Located in the heart of the Santa Clara district near Downtown Dayton, Evan's Cafe is the best place to grab lunch. Featuring a menu with wholesome, heart-healthy food to satisfy any vegetarian, vegan, or meat-eater diet!
